Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.

Yosri (pronounced you-sree) serves as the Director of Network 4, which encompasses all of Trinity's behavioral health services, including residential services, psychosocial rehabilitation programs, community support teams, and permanent supportive housing.
In 2001, Yosri, began his behavioral health career as a therapist at Trinity Services' Oak Avenue Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program, providing group and individual therapy to individuals with dually-diagnosed intellectual/developmental and mental health needs.
Building on the positive experience with Trinity, Yosri provided care to individuals in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, primarily with Linden Oaks Behavioral Health in Plainfield-Naperville, Illinois area. In addition to his work as a clinical therapist-supervisor at Linden Oaks, Yosri has supervised graduate students and clinical license-seeking colleagues, and served as chairperson of the Linden Oaks Outpatient and Adult Mental Health Services standardization projects from 2020-2023.
Yosri earned a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2001 and a master's degree in social work-mental health in 2005, both from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
