Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.

Tony began working in this service field in 1990, serving as an administrator for a residential program at Garden Center in Burbank, Illinois. He then joined Trinity Services in 1992 and served in various roles as a director for residential, day service, and the school program.
In 2008, Tony became the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cap in Blue Island, Illinois. In 2016, Tony joined Clearbrook in Arlington Heights, Illinois as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2023, Tony rejoined Trinity Services.
Tony holds a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University, Chicago. He has a Master's of Divinity degree from Saint Mary of the Lake in Mundelein, Illinois. Tony also has a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Nevado, in Reno, Nevada.
Tony lives in New Lenox with his wife, Margaret, and son, John.
