Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.

Mark Doyle is the Director of Staff Development for Trinity Services. Before joining Trinity Services, Mark consulted with Trinity to develop a frontline Supervisor Training program. Prior to joining Trinity Services, Mark was the architect and Director of the Masters of Science in Human Services Management/Leadership program and Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Business and Information Technology at National Louis University.
Mark has nearly 46 years of Human Services experience including positions in state government as a Program Planner and more recently as Transition of Supports/Care, Project Manager for the Office of Governor Pat Quinn. Mark oversaw the Governor's Rebalancing Initiative. Before joining Governor Quinn's senior staff, Mark owned and operated a consulting company, Everyone is Welcome, Inc., nationally known for their work in human services and education.
Some of Mark's other experiences include Executive Director of Life's Plan Inc., a company that serves as corporate trustee of Supplemental Needs Trust, as well as several administrative, management, and program positions in human services agencies in Illinois and Wisconsin. Mark has taught graduate level courses since 2002 at National Louis University, DePaul University, and Northern Illinois University. Mark has also served on both state and local human services Boards.
