Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.
Leadership staff who compose the Executive Committee are listed below.

Christina’s journey with Trinity began in 2004 when she started as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) in the Behavioral Health department. Her dedication to enhancing the quality of care and support led her to a supervisory position in 2007, where she managed a team of QIDPs and oversaw efforts related to Medicaid fee for service requirements in the department.
In 2019, she moved in to the role of Director of Quality Management Systems for the organization, leading efforts to uphold commitment to best practices, quality services and supports, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. She became the Chief Operating Officer in 2025 where she continues to drive Trinity’s mission forward through strategic planning and leadership and setting a bar for operational excellence. Her role focuses on the daily operations, continual improvement of service delivery, assessing internal systems and continuing to oversee quality assurance and enhancement initiatives.
Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Business minor from the University of St. Francis, along with a master’s degree in Human Services Management from National Louis University. She is one of Trinity’s certified trainers through its accrediting body, The Council on Quality and Leadership and currently serves as the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Liaison.
Christina lives by the motto: A day without laughter is a day wasted. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her daughters, playing video games, and spending time (weather permitting) in her backyard feeding and watching her local birds and creatures! She also has a passion for collecting and displaying Halloween and Christmas décor as well as upholding long-standing traditions of visiting decorated homes and yards during both holiday seasons.
