Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.

Amy Schmucker serves as the Director of the Employee Services department, combining traditional Human Resources functions with her expertise in positive organizational psychology and data analytics.
Her journey with Trinity began in 2013 as an Assistant Program Coordinator in Network 2 before transitioning to a Program Coordinator role. In 2014, she moved into Employee Services as an Organizational Development Specialist before pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (IOP) in New York in 2015. Over the next decade, Amy remained connected to Trinity as a consultant while also serving as a Program Director and Assistant Professor for a Master's program in IOP.
Amy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, a M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University, and a B.A. in both Business and Psychology from Monmouth College.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs, and cheering on her kids at dance and sporting events. She's also an avid - yet long-suffering - Chicago Bears fan.
